Duties include administration, teaching, research, and scholarly service for the veterinary training program.  Dr. Rupp is actively involved in the development and support of the CowCalf Computerized Herd Health-Management Record System.  He has also implemented a certification program for veterinary practitioners, the Beef Cattle Production Management Series, and serves as a mentor for the course.

Education:  DVM (1964) and MS (1975) from Colorado State University
